Turkey with tangerines

  • Turkey Breast - 2 pcs.
  • Mandarin - 10 pcs.
  • Honey - 0.5 cups.

Step by step preparation:

Rabbit with vegetables

  4. Boil the rice in liquid drained from the pan until cooked. Take a big dish. First put the rice, place the rabbit stew with vegetables on top. For decoration, use greens.

Stuffed Chicken

  • Hen.
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • A clove of garlic.
  • Chicken Liver - 200 g
  • Butter - 50 g.
  • Boiled rice - 100 g.
  • Mayonnaise, pepper, salt, parsley.
  1. Cut the hen down the ridge, remove the bones, and leave the legs and wings.
  2. Grind the liver in a meat grinder, add the yolks, garlic, onion, oil, rice, mix everything. Salt to taste, add finely chopped greens.

Tangerines in chocolate

  4. Cover the walls of the bowl thickly enough with chocolate cream; put the container in the refrigerator for several hours. After that, put the white chocolate cream “inside” of the already frozen black and “cover” the chocolate with a sponge cake, which should be cut to the shape of a bowl.
  5. Dessert clean up in the morning in the freezer. Next, turn the bowl on a flat dish and cover with chocolate cream (100 g of dark chocolate and 150 g of cream). We put in the freezer for another half an hour and an hour and can be served on the table.
